Life In Victoria
From farmers’ markets to Wimbledon screenings, Victoria’s Cardinal Place is at the heart of local life, offering regular events and entertainment. And three nearby theatres, Curzon cinema opening at 62 Buckingham Gate in May, and a plethora of shopping options, from designer dresses and bespoke shoes to high street favourites, Victoria is a thriving community to enjoy.
Beautiful Victorian and Edwardian architecture can be found tucked away along the historic streets of Victoria. A lovely contrast to the area’s modern hustle and bustle.
The building is situated in an area that has plenty to lift the soul of office workers. The beautiful lawns and gardens of St James’s and Hyde parks are a short walk away, and its proximity to the Thames means a river run or walk is a pleasant commute option. Buckingham Palace is close by, along with a wealth of other historic buildings and famous sites.
62 Buckingham Gate is a stone’s throw from St James’s Park Station, with Victoria Station and Westminster Underground stations a short walk away. The ongoing redevelopment and extension of Victoria Station will see a new concourse and new entrances to the station, including one on the northern side of Victoria Street, adjacent to Cardinal Place, making Victoria Station even closer in proximity.
